vLex helps you improve your productivity through a tag system. Thanks to this functionality, you can create your own classification of documents and organise them according to your requirements.
Choose the name of the categories you wish to work with, tag your documents, and in just a few moments, you will have a powerful document management system adapted to your specific work methods.
Tags are words you assign to a document to classify it. These words may be simple terms, compound terms, abbreviations, etc. Don't worry about the number of tags you wish to apply because vLex allows you to use as many tags as you require to do your job.
In all vLex documents you will see an “add new tag” button. Click on it and write the name of the tags you wish to use to classify the document.
You have a “Comment” field which you can use to insert free text. Use it to:
Enter a summary of the content of the document.
Write down thoughts regarding the content of the document.
Highlight paragraphs of the document that are relevant for you.
Lastly, to view your tags, modify them or delete them, click on “ tags”, at the top of every vLex page.
