If you are trying to access a document and the system shows the following message:
“This document is not included in your subscription plan”
It is possible that you are trying to see a document that is not included in the subscription purchased or is only available for registered users.
In order to check that you are in effect accessing a document that should be included in your subscription, we recommend checking whether the search is being launched with the corresponding country and area criteria.
To do so, you must verify in the vLex search box the country and area variables. For instance, if your subscription is vLex United Kingdom, you must check UK is selected as country.
