If you are trying to access a document and the system shows the following message:
"This document is not included in the contents of your subscription"
it is possible that you are trying to view a document that is either outside the jurisdiction purchased or is only available to registered users. To verify that you are trying to access a document that is included in your subscription we suggest you check that your country and content search criteria are correct.
To do so, check the country and content variables in the vLex search engine. The example shows United States as the country and Legislation as the content.
If you cannot access the document because its content is restricted to registered users only, you must log in by clicking on the option "If you are already a vLex customer, access here", at the bottom of the screen, underneath the free trial box.
